Frequently Asked Questions
Program cost is $4000 (Rs. 3,30,000) without flights and $5,500 (Rs. 4,55,000) with flights. Cost includes stay, medical insurance, food, snacks, local travel, admission tickets, organized dinners and events, and visa. If assistance is required to book flights, our team will be happy to help you find the most cost-effective options for you at no additional cost.
A cancellation fee of Rs. 15,000 is applicable if canceled 60 days before the Program start date, after which 50% of the Program fee will be deducted. However, we do accommodate rescheduling to a different cohort at no cost. Please reach out to our team to find the best options. We are happy to accommodate your requests.
We organize three cohorts every year in the months of January, May and August. Typical cohort size is 7 or 10.
We take student safety seriously. Below is a list of precautions we take to ensure students are safe through the Program.

Comprehensive Medical Insurance: All students will have a medical insurance coverage for emergencies. Medical kit will be onsite at all times.

Pre-Departure Orientation: Students and parents will be made fully aware of the detailed itinerary, safety protocols, emergency contact information

Supervision: All students will have an Air tags/ GPS tracking devices so their location is known at all times. Our small cohort size ensures adequate staff to student ratio.

Parental Communication: We will provide regular updates via whatsapp at the end of each day with photos and day highlights. Contact information for Program coordinators will be shared before departure.

Accommodation: Accommodation is at 3 or 4 star hotels (Marriott/ Hilton/ Hyatt/ super host airbnb with 24/7 security. Our Program co-ordinators (1 male and 1 female) will be on-site at the location at all times.

Identification and Tracking: ID badges with contact information, Buddy system to ensure no one is left alone.

Health and Wellness: Catering to dietary restrictions and allergies, Healthy meal options with fruits and nuts provided everyday.

Rest and Recreation: Balanced itinerary with downtime in evenings, encouragement of good sleep habits. Alcohol, drug use and smoking is not permitted.

Single payments and EMI options are available. Three instalment EMI’s are broken down as:
Instalment I - $1500 (Rs.1,15,000)
Instalment II - $1500 (Rs. 1,15,000)
Instalment III - $1000 (Rs. 1,00,000)
Installment IV (optional) - Rs. 1,500 (Rs. 1,25,000)
No, parents are not allowed on this program as it is designed for students looking to explore career solutions. This is a student-only program.
We will help you prepare all documents required to get your visa approved. However, if your visa does not arrive on time or is rejected, we will reschedule you for the subsequent cohort. If visa is cancelled, students bear the costs for visa re-application.
